Logging Into TalentEd

TalentEd Login Update – Effective May 26, 2026
Beginning May 26, 2026, Campbell County Public Schools will transition to Single Sign-On (SSO) for staff members on the TalentEd app.

There are now two separate login paths due to the migration to Single Sign-On:

  • Staff SSO → CCPS employees with a divisional email account
  • Substitute Login → Substitutes and users without a CCPS email account

Please select the appropriate login option below based on your account type and note new login and password retrieval processes listed below.

Staff Members with a CCPS Email
All employees with an assigned CCPS email account must sign in using the “Staff SSO” launch button below.

Please note:

  • Staff members will no longer use a separate TalentEd username and password.
  • Your CCPS network credentials will now be used to access TalentEd.
  • If you cannot remember your CCPS password, please contact the CCPS Help Desk for a password reset.

Substitutes and Users Without a CCPS Email
Substitutes and users who are not currently assigned a CCPS email account must continue using the “Substitute Login” button below.

These users will continue to log in with their existing TalentEd account credentials.
If you need to reset your password:

  1. Select the “Substitute Login” button below.
  2. Click “Forgot Username or Password?”
  3. Follow the prompts to reset your password using the email address associated with your TalentEd account.

The two new launch buttons will be available on May 26. Until then use the launch button below.

CCPS uses TalentEd for personnel management.
